When you change a suggestion, the payee's words are saved here. A description that starts with these words gets your account next time.
Checked top to bottom after transfers and learned fixes; the first match wins. Keywords are whole words, any case. End one with * to match the start of a word (pizz* matches Pizzeria). In a question you can use {name} and {match}.
